What are Cookie files?
Cookies are small files, recorded and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit various websites. Cookies usually include the name of the website from which they originate, the ‘lifespan’ of the cookie (that is the time of its existence), and a randomly generated, unique number used to identify the browser in which a connection with the website is made.
Cookie file policy
1. In connection with making the content of its website available, Kaczmarek Electric uses so-called cookies, i.e. information recorded by servers on the user’s terminal device, which may be read during each connection with this terminal device, and may also use other technologies with similar or identical functions as cookies. Cookie files are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal device of a user of the website sae.pl. Cookies usually include the domain name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the terminal device and a unique number.
2. Cookie files are used for the purposes of:
adjusting the content of websites to the user’s preferences and optimising use of websites; in particular these files allow one to recognise the device of a website user and to appropriately display the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs,
creating statistics which assist in understanding in what manner website users make use of the site, which allows their structure and content to be improved,
3. In many cases software used for browsing websites (internet browser) allow the storing of cookie files on the terminal device of a user by default. A website user may at any time conduct changes to settings related to cookie files. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic use of cookie files in settings of the internet browser, or to inform of their placement each time in the terminal device of the internet user. Detailed information on possibilities and ways of using cookie files are available in software settings (internet browser). Not making changes to the settings in the area of cookies means that they will be placed in the user’s terminal device, and so we will store information in the user’s terminal device and gain access to this information.
4. Disabling the use of cookies may cause difficulties in using certain services in the framework of our websites, especially requiring logging in. Switching off the option of accepting cookies does not make it impossible to read or browse the content placed on the website sae.pl, with the exception of those whose access requires logging in.
